Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade in Dark Brown

Brow products are one of those things that I literally never buy. I recieved a Browzing's from Benefit a few Christmases a go and until a few weeks back it ticked all the boxes for me and I hadn't felt a need to look elsewhere. A little while ago I started to notice that the shade I was using ( medium) seemed really warm against my natural brows and it just didn't look right. I'm not sure if this is down to a few months without tinting the ol' brows or whether I've been using a shade that's way off for the last couple of years (awks) but either way something was a miss. I began looking for a potential alternative, and after seeing the Dipbrow Pomade popping up all over the place and once again being completely suckered in by the hype I made a purchase.

After a little bit of research I settled for dark brown as it seemed to have grey undertones and looked quite cool toned and potentially a good match. A light hand is definitely key when applying this. It's super pigmented and if you're not careful you'll end up with two huge, really dark caterpillars stuck to your forehead which isn't a good look for anyone. The texture is silky smooth and it's lovely to work with - a couple of swipes and brows are filled in, looking fuller and will stay in place all day. I also find it looks quite natural and not too ' yep, I've drawn my eyebrows on ,' which is a problem I often encounter with brow products as my poor brows are so sparse.

As for staying power, let's just say wow. This stuff has some serious staying power - once it's on it won't budge, smudge or need any attending to until it's time to be removed which makes it an instant winner for me.

I couldn't actually be more pleased with the newest edition to my (limited) brow products collection! It hands down beats any other pencil, powder, gel etc I've tried.
If you fancy looking a little less ET or you're just an eyebrow newbie after something new then this is the one for you.
