If you caught my What I got for Christmas post you'll have seen that I received Neal's Yard's Cook, Brew, and blend your own herbs book. The Strawberries and cream exfoliating face mask was the first 'recipe' to catch my eye and I couldn't wait to make one for myself. Designed to refresh and brighten the skin this is one seriously gorgeous mask, it's almost good enough to eat!
Ingredients
3 ripe strawberries
2 tbsp of oats
1 tsp of cream
Using a pestle and mortar grind the oats to a find powder. Mash the strawberries with a fork and combine with the cream. Add the cream and mix to a thick paste. Add a little more cream if you feel it's necessary. Apply all of your face and leave for 10 minutes and sit back and enjoy. When you're ready to rinse it off remember to do so in circular motions to really get the benefits of the exfoliation.
Voila!
