Last November I attended a blog event at Neal's Yard in Leeds, and whilst there we were all treat to a lovely neck massage by their in-house therapist. As soon as I entered the room for the massage I was hooked on the gorgeous smell which turned out to be their Woman's balance essential oil.
Woman's balance is designed to harmonise and balance emotions and is particularly helpful when extra help to feel calm is needed. It's no secret that I really struggle to relax sometimes but after a couple of minutes massage with this I could barely keep my eyes open I was so relaxed. The oil combines calming rose and uplifting geranium and it smells amazing.
All you need to do is add a couple of drops to the base massage oil ( the required quantities are all in the instructions) and get massaging! It can also be vaporised and fills the whole room with a gorgeous relaxing scent. I'm planning on using it in this way when I have a million ( maybe that's exaggerating) uni deadlines in March to hopefully bring a little bit of calm back in to my routine.
