Halloween// A long train journey// Vodka Salsa Pizza// Couldn't resist a trip to Boots// Winter Cider// Fancy Dress

1.For Halloween I went to visit my boyfriend in Loughborough. Of course we couldn't resist carving a pumpkin or two and this is what we came up with. After embarking on a few slightly too ambitious pumpkin designs ( what happened to triangle eyes and a smile?) and after a lot of carving,cross words and frustration these were the finished products.

2. Of all the days to travel I would typically pick the day when trains were running no further than Bedford because of the stormy weather - que lots of delays and angry passengers. Fortunately my journey ran fairly smoothly, although I will never attempt to carry two cases on very cramped public transport again!

3.Vodka, Salsa and Pizza. Three of my favourites combined! Whilst in Loughborough we popped out for some lunch and of course I couldn't say no to pizza,mmm.

4.Surprisingly Loughborough is actually a really small city and there are hardly any shops at all just the basics ( next, m&s, Topshop etc) so on one of the days we ventured to Nottingham. Unable to resist a trip to Boots I ended up buying some more things that I didn't really need but I did pick up the new Babyliss curler which I can't wait to have a play with!

5. I'm such a sucker for limited edition products and cider is no exception! This is seriously the yummiest cider I've had in a long time.

6. I was fairly unadventurous with my halloween get up this year and I ended up dressed as a witch. Guy on the other hand decided to go all out and involve lots of fake blood and a zip..... I'm not sure what he was supposed to be ( I don' think he was either) but he gets 10/10 for trying.
