As much as I love a bold lip there are some days when I really fancy a more natural, my lips but better look, and Rimmel's Colour rush balm in Keep Mauving is proving to be the perfect answer.
The formula of these is great. It glides on nicely and is super creamy, as well as being really pigmented and moisturising. The crayon design makes it incredibly easy to get a nice precise application too. Once on the lips it feels a little bit like a lipstick, one swipe applies a subtle swash of colour but it can easily be built up depending how you're feeling. I also found this to have quite a matte finish to it and it's surprisingly a lot less glossy looking than it's MUA counterpart. The colour of this seems to be perfect for me too, I find like it matches my natural lip colour quite well and makes an amazing everyday shade.Whilst it doesn't have the longest lasting power it will leave you with a nice stain once it fades away and it doesn't cling to any dry bits.
It's also worth noting that this smells very strongly of vanilla. I personally quite like vanilla scented things but it was almost a bit too much for me, think milky bar yoghurt following you around all day and you'll have a little idea of what it's like.

Another brand with their lip crayons! I've heard pretty good things about these and will for sure check them out when they land in my country. I'm not too sure I like the idea of milky bar following me around though!
