I'll start with a little bit of a hair history..
I have naturally really curly hair so it takes a bit of a battering from my straightners.
I colour my hair every 6 weeks and I have done for the last 10 years ish
I wash it every day
Last year on a whim I chopped off all my hair in to a bob which meant I had to blow dry and style it every single day
So as you can imagine my hair is not in the best condition ever and therefore I am always on the look out for products to perk it up a bit.
One of my most recent purchases was this..
Having heard so many wonderful things about Moroccan oil I couldn't resist trying this out especially as it was only £14.99 for 100ml ( considerably cheaper than the actual Moroccan oil). As well as including moroccan argan oil on it's list of ingredients there is evening primrose oil, vitamin e, carrot oil, almond oil, jojoba seed oil and macadamia nut oil and promises to ' instantly create shine whilst nourishing and smoothing' hair. Sounds good right?
The product itself is really thick and feels more like a syrup than an oil. I was quite concerned about this at the time incase it just made my hair look super greasy but it doesn't. It also smells amazinggggg, just like milky bar yogurts mmm ( so good infact that I might just buy it for the smell!).
So far it seems to be doing it's just. My hair definitely feels a lot less dry on the ends but it is still early days so hopefully it will improve it even more. I've used it every day for a few weeks now and the bottle still looks really full so it is also proving to be good value for money.
The only downside to this product is that it has a screw top instead of a pump so you have to pour it out which can make it difficult to get the right amount.
I've heard such good things about Moroccan oil too. I'll have to see if I can find this to try it out. Can't wait to see if it's really as awesome as everyone says! :)
