I don't want to jinx anything but I think Summer may finally be here? I love Winter but the miserable weather seems to have dragged on and on and on this year and I'm so pleased everything is getting a little lighter and brighter now.
When we had a few sunny days last week Guy and I jumped in the car and drove to the countryside hoping to make the most of the sunshine. We didn't go far but it was nice to be able to tear ourselves away from laptops and mobile phones etc and just get some fresh air.
Being a photography lover he of course had to take his camera and not wanting to be left out of the snapping I brought mine along for the ride too. We had a little nosy at some windmills ( technically turbines but that doesn't sound as nice, does it?) and spent far too long trying to photograph a bee sitting in a butter cup.
Conclusion?
Nature photography is not my forte
