I've recently been a bit ruthless and cut down a tad on my night time skin care routine. Being a huge fan of giving my face a pamper before bed meant that I had a ton of lotions and potions on the go and well, frankly things were getting a little bit silly. After a fair bit of umming and ahhing I eventually whittled down the masses to just 5 go to products.
I feel like I rabbit on about this left right and centre at the moment but it's really become a holy grail product for me. I mentioned in a previous post that I'd already purchased a back up before I'd even used up my first bottle - now that's love. I find this toner helps keep everything ticking over nicely and keeps my skin looking clearer and brighter. Also, true to it's name it is very gentle.
Another one that regularly crops up on here. I'm not exactly 100% sure exactly how this affects my skin but it always looks that bit better in a morning after I've used it. It's lovely and light and means I wake up on a morning with baby soft plumped up skin.
This one is the newbie of the collection (you can read my full thoughts here). I tend to stay away from oils as I find they can sometimes be too heavy for me but this one is a keeper. It leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and hydrated and I think I'm finally starting to notice it taking effect on some of those pesky blemish marks. Used alternate nights with ANR and I'm good to go.
When I'm not dosing up on serums and oils this is my go to night product. I get quite an oily t-zone during the day but I often find that the rest of my face can be quite dry. Over time this has really helped my skin feel less tight and dehydrated and it manages to be nourishing without being greasy. And let's not forget that it smells dreamy.
Okay, so eye cream is one product I always neglect but recently I've been using this little tube and I may just be a convert. The pump does mean that a little too much can come out but other than that there are no complaints from me. It absorbs super quick and feels so silky. Plus, it seems to really help with puffy eyes which is always a bonus and being fairly light in texture means that it's not too heavy for my early 20's skin. So if like me, you're not quite at the stage where you need a really intense, heavy eye cream it's definitely worth checking this out.
I'm getting lazy with my skin care regime, but I tend to use the Clinique anti blemish range. Feels so nice pampering the skin! :)
