Clarins wonder perfect mascara

Hi everyone! Happy Friday :D hope you're all looking forward to the weekend as much as I am! I'm off to a birthday party on saturday night and I still haven't decided what to wear yet and am currently facing the age old dilemma of full wardrobe but nothing to wear gaaahh. Something old or something new, decisions!
But anyway, here is, dare I say it, my new favourite mascara - the lovely Clarins wonder perfect! I've only had it a few weeks but it has become a firm favourite in my make up bag and I love it.
Firstly the  packaging is so lovely and sleek and it looks really pretty in my makeup collection and adds an extra touch of luxury. I don't normally buy more expensive mascaras ( except Benefit's they're real) because I go through mascara like there's no tomorrow so it ends up being really costly but I couldn't resist this one.
The brush is a bristle brush which I love and I feel like it really grips my lashes and it's not so big that it's clumsy to use, however I would maybe prefer it to be slightly tapered at one end to get to the lashes in the corner a little bit better. I find the formula to be really nice too, not to runny and not too dry and it gives a really nice intense black colour without causing clumping. After one coating my lashes look longer and darker and the second coat gives them volume and curl that lasts all day without smudging or flaking.
I will definitely be repurchasing this when it runs out
have you tried this? What are your favourite mascaras?
x

  1. I love what you're photographing on! Is it a doily or a sheet or what? It makes your photos look so cute and girly! My current favorite is CoverGirl LashBlast Volume, because it's never steered me wrong. :)

  5. Super random, but I love the lace (I think) that you have in the background of all of your pics! That's good that this mascara was worth the money..nice!

I'm still addicted to using the Maybelline Falsies Flared mascara...but I do feel like it's a little clumpy when I do two coats.

  14. I haven't tried this but have always been impressed with every Clarins product I've ever bought or been given by friends. Their instant smooth primer and heavy eye make up remover are two of my favourite products EVER.

Love your blog photos, they are so clear!

  16. This sounds really good! I usually use Max Factor Masterpiece Max/False Lash Effect depending on how much volume I want but I'm currently using Seventeen's Doll'd up mascara which I like but it lacks a bit of volume sometimes! xx
