Nuxe picks

photo IMG_8984_zpsft8x80ex.jpg The combination of cold weather and one too many hot showers seems to have left my skin in need of a little TLC. When I feel like it needs a serious dose of moisture dry oils are always the first thing I reach for. Whilst Nuxe boasts this can be used on the you hair, face and body I've only used it on the latter.

After showering I like to slather my skin with the oil before hopping in to bed. It's the perfect light, non-greasy formula and imparts a good dose of moisture without leaving you feeling all slippery and slimy. I love the scent too- it's quite fragrant and definitely not one for those of you that don't like heavily scented products but I find it really relaxing. For some reason it reminds me of holidays as a child but I can't quite place where I know the scent from. I love how quickly this sinks into skin which means you can get dressed almost straight away. It also gives a nice subtle sheen where you've applied it which can look really pretty if you're having a bare leg day!

I've also been really loving the Prodigieux Shower Oil  too.  I'm a big fan of shower oils for their moisturising properties and this one is one of my favourites so far. It has a really luxurious texture and leaves your skin with a subtle glow thanks to the tiny sparkle particles. As expected this is another Nuxe product that smells great and is so nice to use. The only downside is that it doesn't foam up that much which is something to be expected with an oil. Can't help but love some bubbles though!

What's your favourite Nuxe products?

  1. The Reve de Miel lip balm is my absolute favourite from them but I really haven't tried enough of their other products yet! xx
