Concealer is probably the one product that features in every make up look I do; whether it be a full face for a night of dinner and drinks, or more of a , I'm dashing to the shops no make-up make-up kinda thing. Over the years I've been pretty loyal to Collection's Lasting Perfecting concealer but as I've got older and my skin has improved a tad I felt that it didn't have all my concealer needs covered any more. For blemishes it's amazing. It's quite heavy but a quick dab here and there and nobody would know about the giant zit on your chin. However, approaching my mid 20's I have recently developed two lovely, dark, under eye circles. This is where my trusty tube of Collection cover up just wasn't cutting the mustard and a love of Nars' Creamy Concealer was formed.
Needing something that was a bit more of an all rounder the Creamy Concealer seemed like the answer to my prayers. The creamy formula ensures that any blemishes are covered all day and it doesn't move around. I was actually pleasantly surprised how well this lasts, even on my more oily areas. Usually creamy products and I don't get a long but this stuff packs some serious staying power. This little tube has also been ensuring that my dark circles are well covered. Regular early mornings and some seriously long days have ensured that I now need some pretty heavy duty concealer to hide the fact that I am permanently shattered. The shade Chantilly works really well with my super pasty skin and really helps to brighten my under eye area and give the illusion that I managed to get some sleep the night before. Bravo Nars!
This is my favourite undereye concealer, I'm so happy you love it too! It's always nice when you find a shade that works with pale skin :) xx
