A couple of weeks back I popped in to Topshop in York to try and buy some lace up flats. I knew exactly which pair I wanted and I intended to be in and out in less than five minutes with new shoes in hand. Of course, things didn't go to plan and after trying several lace up shoes that didn't look quite right I spied a girl trying on a pair of the Vander flats. I'm not usually a pointed shoe kinda girl as I already have fairly large feet, so when I wear anything with a point they could easily be confused with skis. After a couple of seconds of a ' Will I wear them? Won't I wear them?' debate I couldn't bare to leave them behind. Black flats are always a wardrobe staple and these felt so comfy on that leaving them behind would be just silly.
As for the snakeskin but not quite pair. Any shoe that makes you feel as bad ass as Cruella DeVille is a winner for me. And at £18 a pair they're even more justifiable.
I love them both, they look so gorgeous!
