Recipe: No bake energy bites

It's no secret that I have quite the sweet tooth but lately I've been trying to keep my hands out of the biscuit jar and away from the chocolate. This is a sweet snack that I reach for to help curb those sweet cravings and I don't have to feel too guilty about it.

Ingredients
2 cups of oats
3/4 cup natural peanut butter  or almond butter ( I used a mix of both)
1/2 a cup of honey
1/3 cup of chocolate chips
1/4 cup of seeds of your choice ( I used Neal's Yard Omega Sprinkle but you could add whatever you have in your cupboard)

Method
1. Now this has to be the easiest method you could ever wish for. It's basically a case of weighing out your ingredients. chucking them all in a bowl and mixing them together. Easy Peasy

2. Once everything is mixed together you can start by scooping up about a tablespoon sized dollop of mixture and rolling it in to a ball in your hands.

3. Pop the balls on some greaseproof paper and on to a tray and leave to chill in the fridge for a couple of hours until they have firmed up
