So, scent free shampoo*. Admittedly not the most exciting sounding product but one that's made it's way in to my daily hair care routine and has become a welcome fixture. Unfortunately a lot of hair care brands ( Tresemme I'm looking at you!!) seem to upset my sensitive skin, and with reactions ranging from an itchy scalp to sore eyes I have to be quite choosy when it comes to my shampoo.

I was actually quite surprised how well I got on with this. Being SLS ( and paraben) free I was a little worried I wouldn't get a nice lather but there were no problems there and it can sure bubble with the best of them. Despite being super gentle it still cleans my hair really well and the organic aloe vera, green tea, yucca & pineapple help to leave my hair feeling really soft and smooth. The conditioner * is also lovely too; it's hydrating without being heavy and leaves hair with a lovely shine, plus a little goes a long way which is always a bonus. But of course the best part is no nasty reactions! It makes such a change to find something that doesn't make me itch, or red, or have puffy eyes and this duo are definitely keepers.

So if you suffer from sensitive skin too I can't recommend this enough. Both products come in a 'try me' 30 ml try me size too which I think is a great opportunity to check whether they work for you first before you have to invest in a full size. I've also been using a Green People cleanser recently ( y'all know how much I love a good cleanser) and there'll be more on that later!!

Ps. The lovely people at Green People are running a sensitive skin clinic over on their facebook page during April. If you want to know more about sensitive skin or a little bit about some of the chemicals used in popular products then check out their website. They have a great beauty hub withe lots of useful articles and beauty tips which actually makes for some really interesting reading.

  2. This sounds great - I am always on the look out for non-scented products (I have a dodgy nose - already operated on once!). It's taken me a long time to find an effective and completely non smelly deodorant!
