Estee Lauder Day Wear Moisturiser

Hi everyone!
How quickly is this week flying by?! I can't believe it's Thursday already. I hope you're all having a lovely week. Ive been quite busy this week revising and finally tackling the mountain of washing I've built up, plus I went to see Iron man 3 last night and loved it just as much as the first two! I now have even more love for Mr Downy Junior <3
I thought today I would have a little rave about my current favourite moisturiser. I actually received this as a christmas gift from my lovely mummy and have been using it ever since and instantly fell in love with it!

As you can see from the above picture it is quite a thick moisturiser which I'm generally not a fan of as I find they make my face greasy and I don't feel like they ever properly 'sink' in. However I find this one totally different, it sinks in like a dream and leaves no greasy residue . It deeply moisturises my skin leaving it lovely and soft and glowy without being oily and keeps it feeling moisturised all day which is unusual for me. It also smells like cucumber and has the most gorgeous, light, fresh scent. I have heard a few people say that this moisturiser broke them out but I can't say I've noticed that. Since using this moistursier my skin feels much softer and calmer and despite the hefty price tag I will definitely be repurchasing once I have run out
Have you tried Este Lauder skincare?

  1. I've never tried this,
I'm not a fan of think moisturizer either because my skin is so oily but this does seem a little different.

    1. Yeah, I was really surprised because parts of my skin can get quite oily too but it's really not a heavy moisturiser :) xx

  5. This sounds lovely, I'm looking for a new moisturiser at the mo as I'm about to run out of my Clarins one. Sadly with the way my bank acc is looking at the mo it looks like I'll be buying a drugstore moisturiser :( sad times. I guess paying off bills is better than buying more beauty products. Or is it ?!? Haha.

  9. I have been looking for another day moisturiser for a long time now. This one is definitely one I must try. I agree with the thick moisturiser comment and this one must be different. Do you need to use a lot with this product and would it last a long time considering the price tag?

  10. I think its so funny how Este Lauder is so high end around you, while over here it's something I would get for my grandmother. I'm so fascinated by it! In America, it's like "Oh, it's just Este Lauder" but then for you guys it's "Ooo Este Lauder!" I can't get over it haha

    1. Really?! Is it like super cheap where you are then? Or just not a well thought of brand? That's so weird hahah my grandma just uses ponds! If she used Estée Lauder I'd be stealing her things haha xxx
