Gold Details

When it comes to jewellery, my preference is definitely the daintier the better. I love barely there chains and teeny tiny pendants. I'm not one for anything too glitzy and prefer to keep things simple.

On a recent trip to York I popped in to Oliver Bonas. We're not lucky enough to have a shop in Manchester yet so it's always a real treat to find one and be able to ogle all the cuteness in the flesh. Like a magpie I headed straight for the jewellery cases to browse.

They have some lovely pieces in at the moment with two in particular catching my eye. The Ring and Bead Pendant Necklace was one of the first things I noticed. The chain is really fine and I loved how simple the pendant was. It's the perfect necklace for chucking on when you're having a jumper or jeans day but it looks great with a v-neck blouse too.

With marble objects being left right and centre at that moment I couldn't resist this little marble necklace either. The pendant is tiny but it works great with the circle pendant for layering them together. I love marble detailing at the moment and I think the gold works really well with it.

I've been wearing both of these pieces on and off for weeks now and I'm so pleased with my first foray in to Oliver Bonus jewellery. I can't to get back in store and stock up on some more!
