Whilst majority or the time my boyfriend and I are two peas in a pod clothing and fashion are two areas where we have completely different tastes.
I was recently asked if I'd like to take part in a Florence and Fred bloggers challenge where both me and Guy got the chance to create an outfit each and help settle once and for all, which sex has the better taste when it comes to fashion?
We both had great fun browsing the Florence and Fred website and managed to avoid any squabbles over what to choose. We were both surprised at how many nice, inexpensive items there are too and I even had a browse through the ladies wear. I won't tell you who chose what because obviously that would spoil the process but I will say that it was great to be able to make him wear something I know he wouldn't ever choose himself!
Outfit number one consisted of chinos, a very autumnal burgundy jumper with cord patches on the shoulders, and a staple in most guy' s wardrobes : a checked shirt.
Outfit number two was on the whole a more casual outfit. It consisted of chinos, a baseball jacket and a faded Hawaiian printed t shirt.
I apologise for the absolutely awful pictures, they really don't do the clothes justice at all! Our order didnt arrive until Friday and I had to actually swap a couple of items because they were the wrong size,ooopsy.Working weekends means I didn't get chance to actually snap away until about 9 o'clock Sunday evening and I'm going on holiday at half 3 on Monday morning eek (I'm drafting this up on the way to the airport, how exciting!). I'll try my best to persuade Guy to let me photograph him again when we're back with better lighting so you can see how nice the clothes are.
