shine time

After reading so many glowing reviews of the new Aussie miracle shine range I decided I had to try it out for myself. I've been an Aussie fan for years now and I regularly use their hair treatments and leave in conditioners so I was really excited to try something new from them.

It comes in the same packaging as all the other ' 3 minute' products so nothing much new there, however I do like this packaging as I find the squirty end ( technical terms for yaa!) so much more convenient than treatments in a tub where you have to scoop the product out. Over the years I have used various other versions of their 3 minute treatments and I love that they only need a short time to work their magic. I'm super lazy when it comes to hair care so I love anything I can slap on my hair whilst I'm in the shower.

When I first used this product the thing that instantly hit me was the smell! I usually love the smell of Aussie stuff but this scent is a little over powering and it stays on my hair all day. Every swish of my hair and my nostrils are filled with the smell. It's not the worst fragrance ever but it does make me feel a little sickly after a while. As for providing my hair with miracle shine, well, it does leave my hair looking fairly glossy but it doesn't make it feel as silky or soft on the ends their reconstruction or take the heat versions. I also felt this left my hair feeling a little sticky and greasy.

Overall I wouldn’t repurchase this again, sorry Aussie!
