There isn't a day goes by when I'm not dousing myself in perfume and I've actually managed to amass a pretty hefty collection. I used to always like something really sweet and girly ( you can read about some of my favourite Summer scents here) but recently I've been reaching for something a little more grown up.
Jo Malone's Earl Grey and Cucumber has fast become one of my favourite scents. It smells lovely and fresh, whilst still being sophisticated and with top notes of Bergamot and a base note of beeswax it makes for a really unique scent.
My only grumble is that after a few hours I stop being able to smell it on myself, which is a shame as I could happily sniff this all day! And let's just take a second to appreciate how pretty that bottle is! It's taken pride of place on my dressing table for the last couple of weeks and I can't help but think how chic it looks.
I think I've definitely been bitten by the Jo Malone bug and I've already got my eye on Wood Sage and Seat Salt.
What are your favourite fragrances?
That is my problem for all my perfumes. Unless I spray it on my scarf, I can't smell it on myself. I also like to have it on my hair. I think it last the longest out of everything. I want to try Joe Malone. I think their scents can be very unique.

DeleteGET WOOD SAGE & SEA SALT!! I have it and it is amazing. I love Jo Malone fragrances as they are great for layering. They don't last too long, I agree, but they're just so lovely. They tend to stay longer on clothing like sweaters and scarves. xx

Oooh I've not tried layering them! I'll have to find out which one is nice layered with this one! I definitely think I need wood sage and sea salt in my life! Just beautiful! Xx
